Feel Good About Facebook’s New Changes

Facebook is everyone’s favorite social media platform. That is, until they make a change. The ughs and groans over the new changes have been clearly heard, but it’s to be expected. Change, in all forms, often crosses borders of hesitation and resistance and so it’s largely assumable that Facebook is prepared to soundboard the gripes.

Previously when Facebook has implemented new changes, a saturated discussion of how much people hate the new Facebook platform has followed, and this time is no different. As one of their largest system roll-outs, the resulting uproar over the recent modifications appears to be even stronger than in times past. However, despite the unrelenting user attitudes, Facebook is a company that will not falter or settle for stagnation, so don’t think for a second this backlash will prevent Facebook from moving forward into the future.

Change is good and users will quickly adapt. It’s through education and a little hand-holding that these new changes can begin to be perceived as “not all that bad” as opposed to “the latest Facebook disgrace”. Facebook’s existence is built upon the desire to connect, so be confident that the new changes do indeed serve a genuine purpose– to make the Facebook experience better for you.

If you’re still not convinced that Facebook’s relentless need for change is lending to the greater good, just check out the video below. If the video’s message is not clearly understood, at least Facebook can bank on the fact that the sweet lady’s voice is soothing enough to reassure the rest of you doubtful users.
